SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated.
During high-volume periods, including limited releases, processing times may be extended.

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email
with tracking information. Delivery times are estimates provided by
the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Mask of Sanity is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages,
or damage caused by the carrier once an order has been shipped.
If an issue occurs, customers must contact the carrier directly.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees,
which are the responsibility of the customer.

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided
addresses.
